What To Expect
This is a very old route of trekking to reach to the Everest base camp. Sir Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norge Sherpa used this trail who are the first people to summit the Everest in 1953. Kalapatthar (5,500m) is the highest point of the trek.

Wheelchair accessible. Public transportation options are available nearby. Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
