The trail winds through lush forests, passing by rhododendron trees, pine groves, and various species of flora and fauna. Along the way, hikers may encounter some wildlife, such as deer, monkeys, and various bird species. The forest reserve is also home to the Nagarjun Palace, a historical site that was once used by the royal family of Nepal as a summer retreat.
