Nagarkot is one of the nearest and popular hills from Kathmandu. Nagarkot is a village located about 36 km east of Kathmandu Valley at an elevation of close to 2,165 m above sea level. As one of the most scenic spots in the region, Nagarkot is famous for its sunrise views of the Himalayas.
