This tour is specially designed for the travel lovers who have got limited time bound and wants to explore Gurung village and see beautiful Annapurna Mountain Range. Ghandruk is situated towards the northwest of Pokhara and is home to more than 2000 ethnic Gurung tribes as well as other minorities including Kami Damai and Chhetri Bahun. At an altitude of 600ft above sea level, Ghandruk is beautifully set against the backdrop of Annapurna South, Himchuli and Macchapuchre Himalayas.
Ghandruk is surrounded by beautiful forests, hills and mountains. Ghandruk is home to a large number of indigenous species of plants, trees, and flowers as well as beautiful birds and mammals. The rhododendron forest between Ghandruk and Ghorepani is regarded as one of the largest rhododendron forest in the world; the spectacular view of the forest during the spring when the flowers bloom is breath taking.
