Upper Mustang Tiji Festival Trekking is the trek into the last forbidden kingdom of Mustang which is undoubtedly the great experience you will have during your hike. Tiji is annual three days festival celebrated in Lo Manthang in front of Choedhe monastery where monks perform ritual dances. Tiji falls in the end of May every year; festival is about deity Dorje Jono and his demon father, Dorje Jono who battle against his demon father to save the Kingdom of upper Mustang from destruction.
