As per the New Protocol, we either need Fully Vaccinated Card or we need Negative PCR Report within 24 hours to enter Bhutan . We need Passport size photos and Scanned copy of your Passport to apply for Visa. And Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday there is a Flight From/to Kathmandu
