The Annapurna two-pass trek is a two weeks long trek. This trek is ideal for those trekkers who have time and appetite to venture into some of the less trodden remote regions of Nepal beyond the regular trekking routes. The difficulty level of the trek is moderate. But this Annapurna two-pass trek is not for the beginners as it includes two of the high passes to cross. Similarly, trekking having previous trekking experience and normal physical fitness level can complete the trek easily.
Thorong La Pass and Kang La Pass are the two passes which you will be crossing during this trek. The elevation of Thorong La Pass is 5,416 meters whereas the altitude of the Kang La Pass is 5,315 meters above sea level. Both of these passes are located in the Annapurna region of Nepal. Meanwhile, ACAP permit, TIMS card and a restricted permit are required to cross both of these high passes.
Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
