They may also publish video footages of you. If you do not wish any photo of you to be published nor taken, please inform the provider, as well as your guide, before the tour and do not pose for the photographers.. You cannot claim a refund related to any issues with the vehicle used in the activities, as this is a service provided by a 3rd party company. Claims need to be addressed directly to the transport company.. You cannot claim a refund related to the weather conditions and temperatures perceived inside or outside the vehicle.
