- The tour runs rain or shine as long as the conditions are safe. Warm blankets are available on board for your comfort
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-show cases will be charged the full price. All cancellations should be in writing
- In case the tour won't run due to extreme weather conditions, minimum number of participants or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed in advance and you will receive an option to reschedule or a full refund
