An airport or port pick-up will go as followed:
We will keep track of the flight or boat so you or your guests do not have to worry about the pickup time. Please note that your chauffeur will wait at the meeting point (inside the Airport plaza or Port terminal) with a name sign (iPad with preferred logo and/or their name on it). Your chauffeur will contact the guests after arrival by sending them a message or call them to inform where they will meet (if phone numbers are provided). If the chauffeur cannot be located or found please call our emergency number.

Our cancelation fee:

72 hours: no charge
< 72 hours > 24 hours: 25% of total cost
< 24 hours: 50% of total cost
< 12 hours: 100% of total cost
