Join a small group of up to 10 people accompanied by one of our Dutch and local guides who have all lived or worked in Amsterdam for at least 20 years.
Because of the small groups, personal nature and leisurely pace, you will not experience it as a regular tour but more like a nice walk with good friends.
Since almost all tastings are indoors and have reserved seating, you don't have to worry about bad weather or fatigue and can enjoy your Dutch delicacies in comfort. At 4 of the 6 locations, you will also be served a (non)alcoholic beverage in the process.
Besides an introduction to Dutch cuisine, on this tour you will also learn all about the history of Amsterdam and Dutch culture which will really give you a complete picture of Amsterdam and its inhabitants.
At the final tasting location, there will also be plenty of time to ask your guide for tips and recommendations for the rest of your stay so you can make the most of your stay.
Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The streets are wheelchair accessible but some indoor locations are small sized and have steps or narrow doors and therefor not wheelchair accessible. Seats are available at all indoor locations.
We will welcome you in front of Café Papeneiland and you can recognise us by the Amsterdam Food Tours folder.
