What To Expect
Indulge in a delightful evening with your local host Fusina and soak in the views of the River Amstel. Fusina will prepare a delicious, traditional Dutch meal served with wine and beer. You will learn about centuries-old Dutch traditions, the history of each dish . She will also teach you how to make, bake and flip your own Dutch pancakes so you can recreate them at home!Fusina is a wonderful storyteller and will regale you with her experiences and provide helpful tips on exploring her city. You can trust her expertise to help you make the most of your visit to Amsterdam.Menu:
- Dutch pea soup: Traditionally made with carrots, onions, leek, bacon and sausage. Left on the stove for 24 hours
- All Dutch eat it: Mashed potatoes with vegetables and smoked pork sausage
- Dutch pancakes: Make, bake and flip your own Dutch pancakes! Made with apple and eaten with sugarcane syrup
