Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Children must be accompanied by adult. Standard luggage that can fit in the vehicle. Excess luggage which is not fit in the vehicle is bared by the customer. Traveling duration may differ due to traffic and weather condition. Littering and smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. Maximum waiting time is 2 hours from the flight landing time. If you are facing any challenges at the airport exceeding 2 hours waiting time, please inform to our representative via call or whatsapp. For last minute booking please contact us to avoid any inconvinience. Midnight surcharge
A midnight surcharge of 50% is applicable for an airport transfer from 2300hrs-0700hrs.

Arrival
No charges for 2 hours of waiting time from flight landing time. Additional hours applicable surcharge RM60.00 / hour.

Departure
For departure pick-up time is 4 hours before flight time.
