Child ticket: Ages 4-11. Due to safety reasons, personal bags are not allowed on the Sky Deck, only items within 16in x 16in x 8in are allowed. For the safety of all guests, the open air Sky Deck and Sky Box will not be open in case of inclement weather. You can call hotline number (open daily from 9:00am-6:00pm) to check if the Sky Deck is open prior to your visit. There will be no refunds made for vouchers already redeemed. If you have already redeemed your voucher and you face cases of inclement weather on the day of your visit, you may inform the staff at KL Tower and revisit the following day for free.
