Traveling north along the Gulf of Mexico, we reach Tajín, the most important Totonac pre-Hispanic city, featuring 168 buildings. Key highlights include the Pyramid of the Niches and Plaza de Arrollo. The city also boasts 17 ball courts. Afterward, we visit Papantla, known for the "Papantla Flyers" ritual, vanilla production, and its vibrant traditions and folklore.
