What To Expect
Your private transfer starts with pick-up at the time you indicate at Tulum Airport or your Tulum hotel. Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point inside the arrivals terminal or in the lobby of your hotel, then help you load your bags and help you settle aboard your private air-conditioned vehicle.
Once you are ready to leave, your driver will take you directly to your final destination, including any Tulum hotel or Tulum Airport. We’ll drop you off right outside the hotel lobby or departure terminal and your driver will help you unload your bags for stress-free logistics.

ARRIVALS: The staff will be waiting for you with a sign with our logo. Our meeting point at Tulum Airport is gate 5.
DEPARTURES: A day before your return trip we will send your booking confirmation to the contact details you provide, to remind you of the time the driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby where you are staying. We recommend that you be prepared a few minutes before the agreed time, as the driver can only wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.
