Meet your host Sam: a 20-year veteran of the food & beverage industry, expert crafter of cocktails, and connoisseur of Mexico's agave-based spirits—from mezcal to...gin! That's right, he represented the first company to produce a gin from agave using 32 botanicals from every state in the country. Although Sam was born in Mexico City, he lived in New York for two decades before moving to Tulum. Now, in addition to leading tastings and teaching mixology classes, he's a sought-after guest bartender at some of the best bars in the Riviera Maya.
Sam’s co-host, Ben, is a cocktail enthusiast and social alchemist dedicated to creating unique experiences that build connections between people and places.

The Experience takes place at a local restaurant in Tulum Pueblo called TU. We find guests often make new friends during the experience and decide to stay after for some food or additional drinks.
