Upon arrival at Tulum International Airport please follow these instructions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination:
Please show this Confirmation Voucher on your phone to the driver upon arrival. The confirmation voucher will have all the necessary information.

We will be monitoring your flight and your departure terminal until you depart... After clearing immigration, baggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation vendors along the hallway, they will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (don't talk to them and keep walking).
The company driver will meet you and welcome you by holding a tablet with your name written on it.
**If your reservation is with the white VAN, the driver will wear a long green shirt.
