We pick up from all hotels-airbnb located in Tulum area. If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is mandatory. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time.
For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am or 8 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing.
