In addition to the more than 50 attractions included in your admission to Xcaret, you can also enjoy a buffet meal at the restaurant of your choice and have access to the exclusive facilities of the Plus Area, with lockers, walk-in closets, and private bathrooms, as well as make use of snorkeling equipment in the underground rivers.

Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. All children of 5 years old or over will pay the child price. Children's of 12 years or over will pay the adult price. Children of 4 years old or below will travel for free sitting on lap. All infants are required to be registered in the booking, otherwise they will not have access to the transportation. It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit

Meeting Point
Hotel Aloft Tulum is the only meeting point where we can pick up customers that stay in Tulum area.
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:
Cancun Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancun (mall) and Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown
Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support)
Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Aloft Tulum (this is the only meeting point available on Tulum area).
The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am (in Playa del Carmen, pickups start at 09:00 am), the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
