At Authentic Tours Tulum we believe in giving back to our community by utilizing locations, restaurants, and employees native to our area. Our guides can give you recommendations on some of the best spots in town and also help you arrange transportation to any other destinations you may want to visit. The most common feedback we get from our clients is how much FUN they had on their tour while also getting in-depth knowledge about the history, flora and fauna of Tulum and what makes Mexico so culturally rich and diverse.
Because we only offer one small group tour per day, we are able to create a unique and personalized experience whether you booked privately or on a shared tour. Our goal is to create the best day possible! We offer a tour for all age groups, activity levels and satisfy all personalities; from the not-so-adventurous to the thrill-seekers alike. Perfect for families, couples, friends, bachelor/bachelorette groups, wedding parties, holiday travel, retreats & more!

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Please consult with your physician to determine if any of these activities are not recommended for your personal health or safety

*More than 6km outside of Tulum is an extra fee: $15-$45/p depending on location.
*Please send us the NAME AND LOCATION of where you are staying to confirm your pickup.
*Alternatively, guest may be provide their own transportation and meet us at an agreed-upon meeting spot in Tulum Centro.
*Pickup times will be sent the day before.
*Guests should be ready and out in front of their location at their allotted time.
