Unfortunately we can't make pickups in Tulum, but we have a meeting point for Tulum is at main entrance of the super market "Super Aki", there arrives white van and guides with green t-shirts come up, you are in the list.
We'll reach out to you to confirm the time we'll pick you up (approximately an hour before the tour starts).
