We pick up from all hotels-airbnb located in Tulum area. If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is mandatory.
For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am or 8 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing.
