- One-way departure or return
- Transfers to/from the airport to hotels and Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum
- Departure or return transfer from hotels in Cancun to Akumal/Tulum
Our service is entirely private, and we can take care of getting you to your destination without any complications. If your hotel or Airbnb is not on the list, just let us know the destination when making your reservation.
Our private transfer service is safe for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 10 passengers, and the price is per van, not per person.
Before booking, please make sure to select the correct destination. Reservations that do not correspond to the appropriate destination and product will not be accepted, or the missing cost will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ⚠️ Please ensure that you select the correct destination and product before booking. Reservations that do not correspond to the appropriate destination and product will not be accepted, or additional costs will be charged.
✈️ After you complete your reservation, we will contact you to provide the meeting point at the airport.
Before your arrival, we will reach out to you with the meeting point details, giving you peace of mind knowing you have a clear and precise location to meet us.
Our service is specifically designed for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights (no more than 2 different flights), please send us all flight numbers in advance so we can create a travel itinerary and provide you with the correct meeting point at no extra cost. If you do not inform us in advance, an additional fee of $15 USD will be charged directly at the airport for wait time or terminal change.
The service is subject to the availability of operators and vans. It’s also important to inform us of any flight changes so we can provide seamless service.
️ All our vans are equipped with GPS, ensuring your safety at all times.
If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or another location, please let us know in advance. We can typically confirm a stop of up to 15 minutes at no additional cost. After that time, a fee of $25 USD per additional hour will apply. The service must be scheduled in advance via email or phone, subject to the availability of our vans.
SUPER IMPORTANT: Our pricing is per van, not per person. Therefore, if you have different departure times, we cannot send multiple vans at the same cost. If you need additional services, such as an extra van for a different schedule, a new reservation must be made.
