Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Specialized infant seats are available. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Important Notice: Very seldom the Coba site could close the day of the tour by the local authorities due to Covid 19 regulations. When this happens we will visit the Muyil Archaeological Site instead. . This activity is only carried out for passengers staying at hotels in Cancun and Puerto Morelos. The duration of transfers are approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Fees for the use of smartphones, cameras and video camaras will be charge. . It is recommended that you bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and sunglasses

Passengers staying at the Bahia Principe Grand Tulum hotel.
the pick-up will be at Hacienda Doña Isabel at the main entrance of the complex on the highway.
In case you miss the pick-up transportation from your hotel, you can arrive at the shopping mall “La Isla 2”, our meeting point is located next to the Ripley’s Museum, you have to be there MAXIMUM at 7:50 am to join the group.
You can contact us to know what time the pick up will be in the lobby of your hotel or where you can meet us.
If you made a last-minute reservation and did not receive a confirmation pick-up time from your hotel, this will be subject to availability. However, you will be able to arrive at this meeting point to enjoy the activity or reschedule it free of charge.
