Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Children 2 and younger are complimentary.. You will arrange your exact departure time with the local tour operator.. An additional surcharge of 19USD for the Natural Reserve Fee at Akumal and Tulum Local Tax is payable in cash on the day your activity takes place.. This activity requires a minimum of 4 passengers to take place, if the minimum is not reached you will be offered to reschedule.. If rescheduling is not possible you will receive a full refund.. Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.. You should bring swimwear, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent and spending cash for incidentals.
