For cruise passengers: Simply disembark from the cruise and walk along the pier to the exit. When you pass through the gate at the end of the pier, you'll find our sales booth to your right, where a team member in a pink shirt will greet you.

Not cruise passengers: Your meeting point will be the clock tower located within Benito Juárez Park, which is right in front of the Cozumel ferry terminal. To get there from a hotel, you will need to take a taxi.
