What To Expect
Your private transfer starts with pick-up at the time you indicate at the Cancun airport or your hotel in Playa del Carmen. Your driver will wait for you at the designated meeting point inside the arrivals terminal or in your hotel lobby, then help you load your bags and settle on board your private air-conditioned vehicle.
Once you are ready to leave, your driver will take you directly to your final destination, including any Playa del Carmen hotel. We will drop you off right outside the hotel lobby or departure terminal and your driver will help you unload your bags for stress-free logistics.
We will take you to the hotel or vacation rental you have booked in Playa del Carmen, do not forget to mention the name and address in the special comments box.

If your flight arrives at Terminal 2, please wait for us in front of the Welcome Bar.
If your flight arrives at terminal 3, wait for us in front of Margarita Ville.
If your flight arrives at terminal 4, wait for us in front of platform C.
Check out from the hotel: A day before your return trip we will send your booking confirmation to the contact details you provide, to remind you of the time when the driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby where you are staying. We recommend you to be ready a few minutes before the agreed time, as the driver can only wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.
