What To Expect
Immerse all of your senses with the Cirque du Soleil® show 'JOYÁ' — the first Cirque show in the world to offer the option of tablecloth dining — opening in November 2014. Follow the story of an alchemist and his granddaughter embarking on a transformative quest to uncover the secrets of life, with the help of half-human, half-animal creatures. Set inside an intimate theater in the heart of the Riviera Maya jungle, ‘JOYÀ’ draws on Mexico’s history and heritage to bring you a world where physical ability meets the extraordinary.

Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. All areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. At Cirque du Soleil JOYA, we offer 2 types of performances: We have double performance days (6:00 PM and 9:15 PM) and single performance days (8:00 PM). Make sure that on the day you choose for your experience, we have the performance you prefer.. Champagne included in food and beverage experiences can be exchanged for red wine, white wine, juice, water or soft drink, directly in the theater with your waiter.. We have vegan and vegetarian dinner menu options, in case of food restrictions please notify the waiter at the beginning of your dinner.. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time. One tickey required per person, regardless of age.. Children 3 - 9 years and older have access to the theater and pay children price.

- During the booking process, search the hotel you staying in the box, we have many options around Playa del Carmen and Cancun. (excluding costa mujeres)
- To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date.
