What To Expect
Flight on top of the trees in 6 zip lines for 45 minutes. We provide safety gear; gloves, harness and helmet. Enjoy an ATV ride through the tropical jungle and an ancient trees, all kind of birds in their natural habitat, hidden cenotes and exotic places never touched by humans. The amazing journey takes 45 minutes. On this activity a helmet is mandatory. After we invite you to swim and dive in our beautiful crystal clear waters cenote. Life jackets are included. Enjoy a lunch in our restaurant containing one portion of rice, beans and chicken. Flavored water included. Soft drinks, photo session and beer available for sale.

Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Dress code is smart casual. Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required. Minimum age is 16 years to ride ATV. Maximum weight for ziplines 240 lb. We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don't forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation. Guests who are in Playa del Carmen only apply at one time: 09:30 am. Guests in Tulum you have to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco bongo wich is the closest meeting point only one time apply 09:30 am. The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach:
Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue
Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen
Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by it's own please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Cocobongo wich is the closest meeting point
The pick up time is set acording to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
The 9:30 schedule pick ups start at 7:30 am, and the 12:00 pm pick ups starts at 10:30
Depending on the availability, the schedule can change, a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. If the Customer is not able to take the change or schedules, it will be 100% refundable
