What To Expect
Xcaret is a water park, theme park, amusement park, eco-archaeological and more, in one place. For its privileged location in the Mayan jungle between underground rivers, cenotes and facing the imposing Caribbean Sea, it has stunning scenery which you can enjoy in different activities that make the most of each of them.
In addition to the amazing natural settings, Xcaret is a park that celebrates the present and rich history of Mexico's past, a country recognized for its traditions and folk culture, one of Mexico's most famous parks worldwide. Enjoy food, crafts, music from Mexico and more.
In addition to the more than 50 attractions included in your admission to Xcaret, you can also enjoy a buffet meal at the restaurant of your choice and have access to the exclusive facilities of the Plus Area, with lockers, walk-in closets and private bathrooms, as well as make use of snorkeling equipment in the underground rivers.

It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit. All changes need to be done before 24 hours prior the tour. Bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat. If the customer is traveling with infants of 4 or less, they need to notify us about it, otherwise the infant won't have access to the transportation. Infants and kids are required to show ID

Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Hotel Aloft in Tulum. There is no other pick up point
The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. For this tour we provide our special boarding pass that gives you access to the transportation, so all customers are required to provide an email, otherwise the customer won't have access to the transportation and no refund will be provided
