Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Minimum age is 16 years to ride ATV. Dress code is smart casual. Maximum weight for ziplines 240 lb. We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don't forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation. Guests in Tulum you have to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco bongo wich is the closest meeting point only one time apply 09:30 am. The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation. If they are odd people, a 10 usd upgrade will be paid for one person because they would use an ATV

Meeting points for travelers staying in downtown hotels and Airbnb's:
Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen.
Tulum: Unfortunately, there is no pick-up service available for hotels or Airbnb's in Tulum. However, customers can contact us for assistance if they wish to arrange their own transportation. Alternatively, they can arrange to meet at Cocobongo in Playa Del Carmen, which is the closest meeting point.
Pick-up times are scheduled according to your location and tour availability. Travelers who have not provided a pick-up location must contact us promptly to arrange transportation, as failure to do so may result in the inability to provide service.
The 9:30 AM schedule pick-ups begin at 7:30 AM, and the 12:00 PM pick-ups start at 10:30 AM.
