What To Expect
Enjoy a spectacular and complete day trip in which you'll visit Chichen Itza and enjoy the site for more than 3 hours. Then, you'll go to swim in a breathtaking cenote and enjoy Ek Balam which was the last marvelous Maya city discovered in the Yucatan. Your tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off, lunch and a professional guide. Reduced groups!

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Specialized infant seats are available. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Only last minute bookings, after 6 pm the day prior to the tour, requiere a confirmation from the service provider, if you didn´t receive a confirmation from the service provider a refund will be processed.. No lines or waits at the Chichen Itzá ticket office. Access fee to Chichén Itzá 40 usd per adult / 5 usd per child. Mandatory payment at pick up.

Pick-up services are available for all hotels and vacation rentals in the Riviera Maya area, which includes locations from Moon Palace to Tulum (including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen). There is no additional charge for pick-up in these areas. However, for Cancun City and the ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Hotel Zone), there is a small fee of $15 USD per person. If you’re staying in Playa Mujeres or the Cancun City area, the charge is $20 USD per person. Once you confirm your booking, we’ll provide you with the exact pick-up time. For accommodations located on unpaved streets or in Tulum’s ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Tulum Hotels Beach Zone), we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point.
