Important info
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Infants and kids are required to show ID. If the customer is traveling with infants of 4 or less, they need to notify us about it, otherwise the infant won't have access to the transportation. Bring your swimsuit and extra clothes. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes

Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Aloft Tulum
The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
