ARRIVAL (From Cancun Airport to your Hotel):
Upon arrival you will go through immigration and customs first, after immigration you can pick up your luggage, after picking up your luggage, please go to the Exit gate for agencies and tour carriers.
When leaving the airport, we recommend that you ignore all the people and agencies you encounter. For a safer and more efficient experience, we urge you not to stop or talk to them. Instead, contact us immediately so that our representative can assist you and guide you to the appropriate vehicle.
Your driver will be waiting for you outside the Terminal in the Ground Transportation area, with a striking Sign with the logo or failing that a Banner with your full Name.
It is important to present your proof of reservation
For domestic arrivals: The time for your service will be exactly 15 minutes additional to your flight landing time and will be waiting for you up to 40 minutes after your flight landing time.
For international arrivals: The time for your service will be exactly 20 minutes after your flight's landing time and will be waiting for you up to 50 minutes after your flight's landing time.
You can find your driver at the following meeting points:
- Terminal 2 (domestic arrivals) at the "Welcome Bar"
- Terminal 2 (international arrivals) at the "Welcome Bar"
- Terminal 3 at the "Margaritaville Bar"
- Terminal 4 at the "Welcome Bar"
DEPARTURE (From your Hotel to the Cancun Airport):
The Cancun International Airport requests that all departing passengers on international flights must be at least three hours before the scheduled departure flight.
Your Pick-Up schedule must consider the necessary time, taking into account the journey to the airport, as well as the registration, security and check-in process at the Airport and the time in advance to board your flight. If you are unsure of your pick-up time, please contact us to arrange a suitable time for your departure.
The waiting time for your departure is a maximum of 15 minutes from your pick-up time.
