Transport to different terminals is not allowed.. Departure: Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby. To avoid setbacks, be ready a few minutes early, as the waiting time is only 15 minutes after the confirmed time.. Arrival: Your transport will be ready 20 minutes after your flight landing and you can wait up to 60 minutes after your arrival.. For last minute changes or delays, please contact us immediately; these are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

- Cancun Airport -> Playa del Carmen (arrival):
Upon arrival, pick up your luggage and head out of the terminal through the exit marked with the legend "Transport and Taxis" or "Shuttle and Taxis", a Travelfy representative will be waiting to welcome you and board the vehicle. Your transport will be ready exactly 20 minutes after your flight landing time and you will be waiting for it until 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
You will be able to locate your driver at the following meeting points:
- Terminal 2 (domestic arrivals) in the "Welcome Bar".
- Terminal 2 (international arrivals) in the "Welcome Bar".
- Terminal 3 at Margaretville Bar.
- Terminal 4 at the Welcome Bar.

- Playa del Carmen -> Cancun Airport (departure): Pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to your flight. Your driver will be waiting for you in your hotel lobby. We recommend that you be prepared and before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes from their confirmed time.
Cancun International Airport recommends that passengers arrive at least three hours before their flight departure.
