ARRIVAL (From Cancun Airport to your Hotel):
Upon arrival you will go through immigration and customs first, after immigration you can collect your luggage, after collecting your luggage, please go to the Departure door for tourism agencies and transporters.
When leaving the airport, we recommend ignoring all the people and agencies you encounter. For a safer and more efficient experience, we urge you not to stop or talk to them. Instead, contact us immediately so our representative can assist you and guide you to the right vehicle.
Your driver will be waiting for you outside the Terminal in the Land Transportation area, with a striking Orange Sign and the "Travelfy" logo or, failing that, a Banner with your full Name.
It is important to present your reservation receipt
For domestic arrivals: The time for your service will be exactly 15 minutes additional to your flight landing time and will be waiting for you up to 40 minutes after your flight landing time.
For international arrivals: Your service time will be exactly 20 minutes after your flight landing time and will be waiting for you up to 50 minutes after your flight landing time.
You can locate your driver at the following meeting points:
- Terminal 2 (domestic arrivals) at the "Welcome Bar"
- Terminal 2 (international arrivals) at the "Welcome Bar"
- Terminal 3 at "Margaritaville Bar"
- Terminal 4 at the "Welcome Bar"
DEPARTURE (From your Hotel to the Cancun Airport):
Cancun International Airport requests that all departure passengers on international flights must arrive at least three hours before the departure flight is scheduled.
Your Pick-Up schedule must consider the time in advance to arrive at the Cancun Airport in a timely manner. If you are not sure of the Pick-Up time, please contact us to coordinate a suitable time for your departure.
The waiting time for your departure is 15 minutes maximum from your Pick-Up time.
