- Please indicate your pickup location and confirm with the local operator at least 48 hours before the tour to schedule your pickup time. You will find the contact details on the voucher after booking
- The open bar is only available during lunch
- The minimum drinking age is 18. Please bring a a valid photo ID with you
- You must be able to walk on unpaved or uneven terrain
- Adults visiting Chichen Itza must pay an admission fee of 45 USD per person for international visitors. A fee of 6 USD applies to children regardless of nationality. Fees are payable on the day of the activity
- In Hubiku you can rent a locker for 1 USD and a life jacket for 2 USD
- Bring a swimsuit, comfortable shoes, a towel, biodegradable sunblock and biodegradable mosquito repellent.
- Pickup from Costa Mujeres hotels is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please make sure to select one of these days if you are staying in Costa Mujeres
