Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Minimum age is 16 years to ride ATV. Dress code is smart casual. Maximum weight for ziplines 240 lb. We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don't forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation. Guests who are in Playa del Carmen only apply at one time: 09:30 am. The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation. If they are odd people, a 10 usd upgrade will be paid for one person because they would use an ATV

Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen
Guests who are in Playa del Carmen only apply at one time: 09:30 am
Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by it's own please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Cocobongo wich is the closest meeting point
The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
