Important info
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The golf cart is only for 3 people, and can be shared with clients of the same bus, if they are 2 or 1 person and want to go alone, they must pay the difference in space for not wanting to share.. It is necessary to have 3 people to use the golf cart or if they are 2 people and want to use it only for them, they will pay an extra charge of 30 usd.. We first pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles to take them to the last meeting point where the main bus will be waiting In the transport logistics operation we collect people in a first transport, it can be a van or a bus, spending time on the journey, the transport will be changed to a bus, this is because all the clients of the same tour meet again at a meeting point to reach the final destination.

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach:
Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue.
The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
Holbox in a place far from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, the journey to get to Chiquila is 2 hours and 30 minutes by land and 30 minutes to cross by ferry to Isla.
