Important info
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes . Wear comfortable clothes, shoes and sunglasses. Use sunglasses and insect repellent. In case of no show, it will not be refundable and there will be a charge for not showing up on the day of the tour or for cancellation the same day of the tour, in case of rescheduling you will have to pay the tour again. The Palancar and Colombia reefs that we visited on the "El Cielo" tour will be closed throughout the month of September, due to the protection and care of the marine life of the natural reserve. Therefore, in its replacement, the Xhul ha and Palancar (Herradura) reefs will be visited.. Infants under 3 years old, does not include food or bus seats

Box Lunch. Snorkel gear. Lunch (Dish to choose) at a Beach Club. Round trip by boat. Bottled water, soda and beer on the boat (2 per person). Round transportation from Cancun & Playa Del Carmen. Visit to three different points to do snorkel

Drinks at the restaurant. Marine Tax ($3 USD) for de reef conservation per person

Meeting Point
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach:
Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue
Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen
Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue
The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
