If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.. If you reserve even if it is early or late, this reservation is subject to availability, you will be notified as soon as you reserve if we still have spaces, this tour is in high demand and most of the time our capacity is full. Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Aloft Tulum.
The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
