Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Only children older than 6 years old can participate in the tour accompanied by an adult . Weather-Proof Guarantee In case of seaport closure due to bad weather, you can reschedule your snorkeling adventure or receive a full refund—your choice!. Travel time is included in the schedule. Hotel pickups will begin approximately one hour prior to the tour.. Please be ready in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time

Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour time for check-in if you do not need pick-up service or are coming from Playa del Carmen or the Mayan Riviera.
Pick-up services are only available for hotels located in the Cancun hotel zone and downtown area. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed after booking.
Pick-up services from Playa del Carmen and the Mayan Riviera are not included. Guests staying in these areas will need to arrive directly at the marina on the day of their tour.
