Important info
Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.. In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department.. ATV Insurance is included . Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.. The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs. For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.. We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs

Meeting Point
If your hotel is not listed, it means you'll need to proceed to a designated meeting point. Please inform us of your hotel so our representative can contact you to confirm the meeting point and pick-up time.
We offer two different schedules for your convenience. The morning tour pick-up for CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE is between 8:00 to 8:30 am, and for TULUM ZONE, it's between 7:00 to 8:00 am. The arrival at the park is scheduled for 9:30 am.
For the noon tour, pick-up for CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE is between 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and for TULUM ZONE, it's between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Arrival at the park is planned for 1:30 pm.
Please note that pick-up times may vary depending on the hotel. Our representative will confirm the exact pick-up time via email or text message. For Tulum hotels and Airbnbs, the designated meeting point is Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown. Kindly consider transportation times for your pick-up and drop-off.
