What To Expect
Our exciting half-day journey starts when we meet you at your hotel's lobby.
A certified bilingual guide will take you through the history and culture of Monte Albán, which is a major urban center built by the Zapotec Culture. It is the most important archaeological site in Oaxaca, and it has been proclaimed Cultural Heritage of Humanity along with the City of Oaxaca by UNESCO on December 11th, 1997.
The journey ends around 12:00 p.m., when we drop you off downtown, at your hotel's lobby. Just in time to taste a delicious lunch at one of our local restaurants

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Travel time is already included in the total duration time
