If you are staying in Nuevo Vallarta (Nuevo Nayarit):
Walk through the parking lot and go into the ramp where boats are waiting.
If you are staying close to Puerto Vallarta:
We will be waiting for you at Pier K, please stay at the gate and don't enter, remember that here you must pay to enter the pier and it is not included in the rate. There someone from our staff will be waiting for you and your guests.
