We offer pick-up services at the hostels and hotels listed. If you're staying at an Airbnb or an apartment, we may still be able to arrange a pick-up, but we need to confirm availability. Please write the address on the reservation so we can see if it's possible and make the necessary arrangements.

Please note that if you make a reservation after 9:00 PM on the day before the tour, it may or may not be possible for us to pick you up from your hotel. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend going outside the entrance of "Hotel Fiesta Americana Reforma, Av. Paseo de la Reforma 80" and waiting for us there at 9:00 AM on the day of the tour. Please inform us by sending a message or giving us a call before doing so, so we are aware of your plan.
