What awaits you is a very complete culinary experience. Your guide will tell you about the fascinating history of mole and give you all the expert tips and tricks you need to get the best possible results when you make it back at home.
We can happily plan for most dietary requirements, but unfortunately strict kosher is not possible at this time.

Recipes by email after class. Those over 18 will be offered Mexican beer and mezcal, and others will enjoy traditional local soft drinks.. I'll give you all the ingredients, equipment and guidance you need to prepare two types of mole. There'll also be dessert, but I'll prepare that before you arrive.
