Recipes by email after the class. Those over 18 will be offered Mexican beer and mezcal, and others will enjoy traditional local soft drinks.. I'll give you all the ingredients, equipment and guidance you need to prepare two types of tamales. There'll also be dessert, but I'll prepare that before you arrive.
