At the Bus Station: At the exit of your bus. If travel number is not provided, then inside the ticket office of the bus station.
At the Hotel: At the hotel lobby or reception
From Your Apartment/Stay: At the entrance. If your accommodation requires special permission or electronic chip/card to enter, it is your responsibility to let the driver come in with his car. Otherwise, the driver will be waiting as close as possible at the entry point.
